Terms & Conditions

• Tickets are valid 3 days from first use.
• Please note this ticket must be used by 31st March 2024
• First visit must occur before 29th March (failing which it will be deemed void and not able to be used). This Pass may require a photo to be taken and displayed on the Pass.
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• After completing your purchase, you can download and print your ticket. You will also receive an email which you can also access to print your ticket
• Please print your ticket including barcodes and present at the pre-purchase gate
• Entry is granted by presenting your printed ticket including barcodes
• Pensioners must produce an Australian Government issued pension, disability, seniors, or veteran affairs card to gain entry (Pensioners does not include students)
• This ticket is available for international visitors only and cannot be purchased in Australia
• The pass can only be used by the person whose photograph appears on the pass
• Glassware, sharp knives and implements may not be brought into the park
• Food & beverage, eskies and coolers may not be brought into the park
• Guests with special dietary requirements as detailed below are exempt from this policy: Guests with allergies, Infants and babies, Pre booked education groups
• You may bring in fruit and bottled water
